I love the concept but it’s to glitchy to be this old. I can’t complete disaster missions just loads until I close a restart game. Your earnings also don’t coincide with the cost of upgrades and research requirements to advance in the game. Also more surgery missions would be great. There’s no way to report the issues in game either a lot of the links are no good. Definitely one of the reasons I will not use real money to advance in this game.

Game doesn’t save my progress. If I upgrade a room and close out the game then get back on it, it never upgraded the room but it took my money of course. Everything I do doesn’t save and I love this game so much but this is getting really annoying.

The only problem has been since the most recent update 4 days ago the game will freeze and you can’t do anything with it. I tried closing it and leaving it alone for a while to see if that would help and I have excellent service and wifi connection so I don’t understand what the problem is. Everything was working fine until this last update so hopefully things can be fixed soon.

This game is fun for sure but it freezes when an ad pops up. I have to exit the game and renter every time. When clicking on help it just goes to a 404 page.

After completing operations my cane is either freezing or playing out so I have to close and reopen the game every time. That update did NOTHING as per usual. Your updates never fix anything smh

Use to love this game. Recently started trying to play it more. But now it shuts down freezes or just won’t work in general. If the glitches could be fixed I’d love it again.
