Y’all had a special going on for exchanging gold hearts for money in the game and y’all took my hearts but guess who doesn’t have any money ? —___—

I actually really love this game. But first of it’s very difficult to get new staff and if you want them you have to use gold hearts which can be difficult to warn through out the game. I’m here to play and have fun not to spend real money, but you kind of have to in order to advance. The skills are difficult to earn also. Leveling up is not even really that important if you can’t get skills or gold hearts. It just gives you more EXP which is not what i want. Also the staff that works the most should get their own EXP so it’s not too difficult for them to earn energy or everytime i level up my staff would earn a couple of energ. But no. Leveling up is pretty useless. And also the reason i stopped playing was because one day all of a sudden i LOST all my money and gold hearts so therefore i quit bc it was difficult to earn them in the first place. Hope you all will take it into consideration to make more changea on the game

After completing the task of building an OR, the game will not let me do anything else; collecting the reward doesn’t work and I cannot progress.

I love the overall idea of this game. Unfortunately, it’s very hard to progress in this game because earning money is nearly impossible. Upgrading and spending money on new parts of the hospital require waaaayy more cash than missions reward you. The amount of money required to go further in the game(buying staff, upgrade, etc) is not equal to the amount you receive playing the game itself. Unless you’re willing to spend real life cash on the game, it’s a waste of time. I also ended up trying to buy the cash case with my golden hearts, and it took my hearts but didn’t give me the cash. Sooooo not worth it.

Great game. You have to be in it for the long haul. Never spend real money. Or Hearts for cash. Take your time and play it through. The staff are hard to come by, I am missing 4 but I’m sure they’ll come along. Money is slow at first but plentiful towards the middle of the game. I make around 1.2-1.6mil a day from this thing love it!!

Very disappointing

Need to work out the glitches/bugs, because I am tired of paying golden hearts for items and never getting them. Just bought “100 dedication” for 80 golden hearts and for nothing in return. This is not the first time it has happen. Very disappointed that you make the user buy golden hearts for cash and then when we use them we do not get the product. Another thing that is upsetting is when you click on the “+” next to stethoscope to add more you get one of the three. What’s the point of having a “+” next to all of them then? All I need was 16 of the one item and spent a lot of cash to get them bc of the randomization between all three.

When doing the daily deals where they offer you 100 skills badges for 30 golden hearts you don’t even get the skills!!!! I’m not technically owed 200 dedication skills!!!
