Lost all my staff, developer doesn’t respond – Operate Now: Hospital Review

I really liked this game, until after an update I lost all of my staff! I had played this game for over a year, had about 80% of the staff purchased and upgraded. Then after an update they were gone! I’ve emailed the developer twice and received a canned response each time. I wouldn’t use any of your money to play this game!
