The game is very expensive to play and all the surgeries are the same gets boring after the 3rd fractured leg and gaping wound!

I don’t know if it is a bug or if I just have to wait but when I purchased the 100,000 cash case for only 75 hearts it did not show up in my storage, even though when I go back to the deal it says I already purchased it. So right now, I don’t know if I just wasted my golden hearts for nothing as it will not appear in my money bank. Rooms still function properly when I receive money and it adds up but my purchase hasn’t shown up which is really frustrating me right now. I just started so I’m at the beginning phases of the game. Other than that problem, the game is really fun and enjoyable to play and hopefully new updates come out to enhance the gameplay.

Operations in the beginning are great but then they start having glitches and you can’t compete them.

Ofcourse it was to good to be true, I’ve been obsessed with this game since i downloaded it a couple of days ago. Today i paid 75 golden hearts for a money case of $100,000 and the game deducts my 75 hearts but i still only have the same $25,000 i had before i purchased them on the “special offer” that pops up every time i open the app . Says “bought” across the picture of the deal and everything . But no money . Smh dissatisfied
