I really like the game but I don’t like that you have to wait so long to do a surgery but other then that it’s a great game

When you click on “Recruitment” or “Premium Recruitment,” it does not give a Staff Member but some unnecessary Skill, yet it will gladly take your Money or Golden Hearts though? This has happened repeatedly! Poor Help Service, for you point this problem out to them, they shrug it off and tell you to do the same in a poor email! Horrible Game!!!

I’m only in season one and I’m frustrated. It’s frequently impossible to do sutures. I’ve failed the some mission 5 times because it won’t let me do stitches. Also moving from step to step takes forever. I’m done!!

I enjoy this game, but I bought $100,000 cash case for 75 hearts on one of the limited time offers and it hasn’t credited! I’ve seen other reviews saying this happens a lot, which is disappointing as they’re so hard to earn and just forces you to spend real money which then doesn’t register. No idea who I need to complain to, to get the money back!

I did one of the offers (75 golf hearts for $100,000) and I never got any money that I bought. I signed out of the game ect but they scammed me
