This game won’t even let me get past the you’re in charge part. It keeps shutting down. I DON’T WANT IT

Like all others have said, the recruitment tool for staff is broken. I have been playing for a few weeks and money isn’t too hard to come by anymore. But all I can recruit are duplicates. The game’s fix is to give you cv credits or whatever.... but you need a ton of those to get anything useful. Surgeries are repetitive. There are only 6 or so different ones, and I have done them all so many times I don’t care to anymore. There seems to be no reasoning to where patients are placed. Especially in the second hospital. I have two recovery rooms. If I have a nurse assigned to only one of them, The game will send patients to the other one. The latest update added a new event. I like that the event was a new game style, but it was not done very well. It was similar to the food games where a customer places an order, and you have to prepare it. Prep mean grabbing the product, processing it, and serving. As the game progresses, new products are added, which take additional processing. There was no way to upgrade your nurse. Her walking speed was as always the same, and she could only carry one item. There were some single use upgrades, like to fling product instead of walking it to the station, but you have to buy them.... with hearts. All the pop up graphics in the game would cover up something else that you needed to see. And as the game progressed, it was just so repetitive it became boring. It isn’t a bad idea for a game, it just needs a lot of work and better development and testing.

Fix These Features Please

When I first downloaded the game is was excited to play but when I clicked on the app it wouldn’t load the game. I tried shutting me phone on and off and things like that but the game still won’t load.

Every time I would go on the app it would go through the intro sequence where is shows the pictures of people in the car crash and the ambulance driving with the people inside but after that it kicks me out please fix this!

Consistently not rewarded prizes for skills purchased in the store. The suturing is also pretty glitchy. I would love this game if it didn’t rip me off. Deleted last night.

Every time the intro is finished, the games crashes. I have been trying for 3 times and even reinstalled the app. I really thought this game would be exciting, but I cannot even get access. May I please have a response on how to fix?

Can not restore progress

I spent quite a bit of money on this game and accidentally deleted it and can no longer access my old account. I have looked for hours on how to restore progress but it seems impossible

I was super excited to play this game but then all I could get up to was it loading for the second time before it kicked me out. I was super disappointed in this because I was looking forward to playing and from the looks of it no one else had any issues like this so if you could plz fix this bc I would like to play this. —gamer_360
