We use the Open Table App 3-5 nights/week. I wish it would go directly to “find a table” with saved or known preferences, such as number in party, time preference and even preferred restaurants. It also seems when you have people that eat out and use them s app as much as we do, the restaurants should be notified as well. I feel there should be some sort of preference for tables and reservations as well. We have a proven track record in their database that we do honor our reservations, rarely cancel etc.
Beware Over-Charging

The food is perfectly mediocre - it’s the view you go for - but what shocked me this visit was their practice of charging higher prices on the bill than are listed on the menu. I have to admit that I never bother to look at a check but for some reason I did this time and noticed my little girl’s meal was twice the price quoted on the menu. Upon a quick review, other items too were inflated - the manager claims they had several versions of the menu being used, which says they will attempt to charge whatever you will let them get away with. Small dollars for sure, but it’s the principle of the matter - cheating is cheating. Until they replace this dishonest manager, there are plenty better places to eat in Kauai. Save your money.

I love the ability to easily plan ahead and book several reservations for a seasonal location before it gets too busy.
Would not save changes to reservation

I made a reservation for two. When I went to change it to 4 it took the change but when I went back to the home screen it kept saying 2. It was very confusing.

We love using open table at many places. The ease of use and ability to get past large crowds fast is amazing! The points are also a great reward!
