New version is subpar

The newest version misses restaurants in the sort. It doesn't pull up all the restaurants available with the sort criteria. Bad update.
I used to love open table

I still like it but the update doesn't allow me to search by cuisine. Why take that part away? I'm bewildered I can and did use my reward so that was nice but when I ask to sort by rating it doesn't. I do use open table a lot when we go away

I love Open Table, it's so convenient and easy to use. Even if I don't make a reservation, sometimes it's helpful just to be able to search when you need ideas. it's fun collecting points too, although harder to redeem the $20 credit now.

...I do and all the clients I entertain...Open Table is an essential part of my plans. I use it every week to find high end restaurants that will please my guests. It is particularly good for locating niche restaurants then scoring an instant reservation which saves me an incredible amount of time and effort. It is the best app on my phone.

Whenever we are looking to dine, either one hour or one week before, I use Open Table. The information is usually dead-on correct and there have been few problems with the reservation upon arrival. Obtaining and using reward points is clumsy, which is the reason for the less than perfect rating. Now I getting really ticked with Open Table as it never remembers my password. It used to be first choice but I have found that calling a restaurant for a reservation when Open Table says nothing is available is Not true about 50% of the time.
