This place is absolutely amazing from the way you get in with the elevator the beautiful views of the sunset incredibly gracious courteous and helpful staff the food is out of this world you need to hit this place up
Very difficult to book restaurant

The user interface to book a restaurant is way to complicated. And has gotten worse over time! I often can not figure it out, and end up calling the restaurant instead. One should be able to select restaurant and put time and date and how many and then push a very obvious button to Confirm reservations. I can never find such a button. You spend must your development cycles advertising restaurants, instead of making the basics easy and intuitive. It is a good concept that you have ruined. Think Simple and easy like Google and Amazon. It was a good concept that you have ruined. I wish you had a competitor that did the basics easily, intuitively and well. When I find one, I will switch! Elise Morgan ** Just tried it again. Wanted to modify my reservation to add 2 more people. Started but could not complete transaction I had to call the Restaurant to make modification. Very frustrating interface. What is the point of using this app if I always end up calling the restaurant! I wish there was a competitor to Open Table!

Hard to cancel an existing reservation and swap with another, or intuitive. Also redeeming points is super complicated.

The lack of prompts is extremely frustrating. I thought -- and it appeared -- we had a Rez for five for tonight. When I went to change it, there was no reservation and the restaurant couldn't accommodate us. I made a reservation for the next weekend, and when I went to increase the number of attendees, i couldn't and had to call the restaurant to make the change; the app neither allowed the change not included prompts as to why so that I was clear on whether or not the change could go through. The prompts need to be much more intuitive and clear.

OpenTable is like my personal assistant. When I know where I want to go, it gets me the reservation. When I don’t know where I want to go, it gives great suggestions. I use it at home and when I travel. I love it!!!

We came from Tampa for our nephew’s birthday and were pleasantly surprised with this recommendation. Each of our dinners were beautifully presented and delicious. Will remember this place next time we are in town.

This site is a terrible mess. I have tried to use it multiple times and am told there is a problem connecting to the server or some other thing that prevents me getting a reservation. I have resorted to the tries and true phone call directly to the restaurant. I won’t be trying this app again.
