I love Open Table and use it often - but I find the APP very difficult to navigate - more often or not it will not give me restaurants in certain neighborhoods/towns that I know use Open Table - and I have to go to the internet site ....

I don't receive emails with the link for point redemption so my points go into cyberspace. The website is sloooow and cumbersome. This was once a useful tool for reservations but not any more!

I love Open Table for two reasons, it’s so easy to make a reservation and the restaurant reviews help me decide which place to check out!

The reservations work nice, but entering in locations doesn’t change results

Open table is the go to place if you are going out to eat locally or while traveling. I’ve used for years now and consider it a must app.

I’m usually able to find what I am looking for, at a time that is reasonable. Reviews are consistent to expectations. Perfect match.

This app is so easy to use and comes in handy, it's my girls birthday and I forgot but thanks to this app I was able to reserve a table ASAP. Highly recommend

I usually come here every so often. However, this go round the overall experience was poor. It took for ever to get our drinks and I mean forever. We had to ask someone else to bring us bread because our server was too busy. Seem like they didn’t have enough servers tonight. My husband tried to order a sandwich which was on the menu but they would not let him order it because it is restaurant week. Well the menu should not have been given to him. I ordered a medium well filet and got medium to medium rare cooked. The only positive thing was that we were seated on time. Just not good quality of food tonight.

The food was very good - a bit overpriced and this whole “family style” steak house type restaurant thing is a bit over done. I had delicious shrimp and grits and my daughter had the crawfish Mac and cheese with a Cesar salad. My husband and son had the lobster rolls with a side of fries (love that the fries had to be ordered separately). We also had some oysters and ceviche. Can’t really complain about the food. The issue was the service. Our waiter did the big “sell”. Had to deal with a hyped up waiter who felt he needed to try to up sell us on all the most expensive items - he never told us about the specials. We ordered our drinks and food and then we never saw him again. He continuously checked in on the table next to us but completely ignored us. The other staff was lovely and after we told the manager about our displeasure with the waiter she too was fine. They took our wine off the bill and apologized. It was clear that the guy thought he wasn’t going to make a lot off of us - well, he was wrong. Boy did he misjudge us. His loss.
