Very useful but hard to work with.

I like using Open Table but find the app not straight forward enough. It needs to be simplified. I just now had to modify my reservation to add more people. It defaults to 2, which I find a nuisance. How about having the choice for the number of people right up front? Also, some friends erred and thought they made a reservation when in fact they did not. Such a confused mess. This could easily be the worst app I’ve ever used!

We’ve used this app all over the country and in Great Britain, Europe and Canada, just recently in Guatemala. We’ve only been disappointed once when the hotel we wanted in Idaho ( can’t remember the city right now) was over booked. They found us an even nicer small hotel we liked even better! Restaurant information is also quite helpful.

Easy to make, modify, and cancel reservations. Great info on establishments in app, too.

I love open table but the last month has been awful. Every time I go to make a reservation through the app it states there are server connection issues and to try again.

Made a reservation, showed up on time only to be told there is a 40 minute wait and their system doesn’t work correctly with opentable
