Great App to find hidden dining gems.

I searched for a decent restaurant near the Christiana Mall area. The options given were numerous. I finally choose Nordstrom’s Grill and was not disappointed. Thank you Open Table

Great app except can’t retrieve rewards

The app is great for making reservations. Out of all I’ve made only 1 wasn’t credited properly. And very easy to make the reservations. However when it comes to redeeming the open table rewards, big fail. They send you a link via email instead; it’s not visible or available in the app. This link that Open Table sent me didn’t work. They have sent me 2 since which don’t work. One was for another person! Still trying to redeem my $50 reward. If no reward ... demotivated to use the app.

I made a reservation thru this app. Showed up with my party and told them my name and that I had a reservation. Was seated, served, paid and left. I get an email saying I was ‘reported’ by the restaurant as a no show and it went on to assume that was true and intimated I was rude for not canceling. What the hell? I have to now defend myself against a mistake the restaurant made? I don’t need this crap. This so called open table team needs to rewrite their script. ‘Reported’ as a no show? Maybe it should say something a lot less accusatory. I won’t use this app again and I won’t spend my money at Stone Creek restaurant in Noblesville Indiana ever again. Apparently you are ‘reported’ regardless if their mindless hostess can’t check you in..
