Like the app, though sometimes the location is a little problematic. I have never tried to redeem points. Also, at times I have kept my reservation, but it wasn't recorded and I received an email scolding me.

Have used this on frequent business travels, as well as at home. Easy to make, and easy to cancel reservations whenever needed. These tend to be "better" restaurants, so I usually check here first.

Lots of restaurants in the Ann Arbor area--the high end ones, mainly. I'm a big fan. They've made a lot of good updates to make more user friendly. Make sure you do let the restaurant know that you reserved even if it's an empty restaurant. One time I did but the restaurant didn't check me in. Open table sent me a cranky email about no showing. Always cancel on the app or call.

It makes making a reservation a snap! I love when another of my favorite restaurants is available. Great and useful!!
