I open this app almost 100 times a day! The control and info from anywhere, it’s exciting to see the restaurant fill up and get guest notes at my finger tips

After logged me out from my phone the app says can’t recognize my user and password, I deleted the app and downloaded again and again and still can’t get in! This problem is in my phone cause I can use the app in my computer without any issue!
Bad app for sure
We have a 4.8 to 5 point rating and we do not qualify for the Diner’s choice list. I guess if you do not participate in gift card program or pay for promotions you are out of contention.

Garbage system, old open table was very simple and user friendly for all users. New system makes you believe that this was written by a person who has never worked in a restaurant. Shameful that we have no choice but to use this inferior product and have to pay for it.

Not mobile friendly at all. There’s no use for the phone app other than seeing guest lists. There’s nothing else to utilize. Would be nice if we could utilize floor chart or respond to reviews

There is no servers section or restaurant floor from the phone! Can you please fix that?

The Old version had Customizable Table Statuses! .. why not Guest center? The swipe to seat a table was removed recently... why? It was so useful! Guest Center is adding Too many tweaks that aren helping restaurant Productivity. Might switch to Resy or Yelp.

The timing of Reservation are all mess up , the entire app looks so messy,you don’t know what’s going on.

Although this system has many bells and whistles, the functionality isn’t there. OpenTable is losing reservations made through them with this system at our restaurant. Poor design.

please update it as soon as possible!! I recently updated the app within this last week and now all upcoming reservations are not updating from the main ipad.
