I am a hostess and a very very busy restaurant . One of the top rated in the country. Love love this system . So far my only concerns would be that if I could have access to the floor plan on my phone so I can set up the servers section before hand, assign tables or even see what tables reservations are assigned to. Also would love if some of the tags had Icons matching/fitting what it stands for . Example : “business meeting”should have a “brief case”? logo or “graduation”should have a graduation cap or graduate wearing a cap ???????logo etc... over all everything else works great.

The new color scheme makes everything blend together. It is all black and gray and they removed the feature allowing table updates such as "check dropped". The list is a nice addition but I don't like how it has taken the spot of "floor plan". Ideally I would like to see customer customization of these things. Open table is a great service but this update was too dramatic.

Really enjoy using this program, but it would be even better if I was able to see the floor plan on my phone. Why? It allows to set up waiters sections before I even have to step foot inside the restaurant. This way, when it’s really busy summer time, the waiters will know beforehand what stations they all will have (especially during a busy season)

I wish the iPhone version of this was like the iPad. Not all the same functions are available on the iPhone version.

very helpful to have an iphone version. would love to be able to view the floor plan on my phone. like if i flipped my phone horizontal it could come up, whatever. just an idea

There's a glitch that occurs every time I try to input a phone number onto a guest's reservation!
