...when the VPN connection goes nuts, preventing your phone from connecting to the Internet at all -- which cannot be fixed except by uninstalling the app. A good idea with some decent execution, but the bugs need some ironing out.
Crashes every time I try to set it up

The app crashes so often that it is truly unusable. I have tried more than a dozen times to edit the settings in order to block social media for a certain time, and each time it crashes!!!

I don't want Onward pro. It prompts me for onward pro, I tell it I don't want to spend $15 a month for a phone app and it not only continues advertising to me, but it activates Onward Pro without asking permission. To be fair it did say it was a free trial with no obligations, but I do not want it. I specifically told it (multiple times due to the continuous prompting) that I do not want a pro membership and it automatically signed me up for one without an opt out option. Deleted immediately.

I was into the idea of Onward but the blocking function froze many of my blocked apps until I erased Onward. I tried to ask for tech support on here, via email, and then when I was prompted with an email asking why I left, but no one has followed up w me. Just got an email asking me to do a survey which reminded me I'd been left in the dark. Too bad, good idea but poor execution and no customer service.

Good idea but UI needs work

I hate the texting UI... it's so annoying how the texting bot takes its sweet time upselling... why can't it just be a dashboard? I have no idea how I can tap into the pro functionality in the limited week trial.
