Most recent update doesn’t allow purchases
Just want a ticket
The most recent update to the app will not allow me to make any purchases. I choose my train and go to passenger info and encounter a blank screen that won’t load OR it closes the app altogether. Very disappointed as I was under the assumption that the app was supposed to make life easier.
Gives unrealistically short transfer times

Struggled for a long time trying to get round trip ticket from Florence to 5terre . Kept insisting on giving 5 minutes to transfer at La Spezia, even though that isn’t really possible with trains usually late. Going there wasn’t a big issue as one can just get the next train , but coming back that is a big problem. Decided to by each leg separately. Got first leg, tried to buy second and popped up error at end saying ticket purchase failed. Credit card was charged anyway. Tried again and again and app kept crashing back to search. Gave up and went to sleep and ticket from failed purchase arrived in the morning.

does not show accurate train and bus info for travel in the uk. does not show the inexpensive tickets that are available

I loved this app during my trip except this; some train numbers are outdated and need to be updated. When I went to Pokémon Go Fest at Dortmund, I lost a train because of this; I waited the Train RE 10112 but it did now show up. Later the train crew told me that this app still contains old train numbers; RE 10112 is now replaced as RE 1. Fortunately I got the refund, but I almost got lost at Germany because of this.

Ordered 3 train tickets and could only open one on the app. Wasn’t refunded the money for the extra tickets I had to buy either. Very disappointed in this app.
I will never use this app again!

I missed a bus because my ticket was not correct one day, and I almost missed another the very next day for the same reasons! I asked a bus of the company I was riding with, and LUCKILY it was the one! Nope, the time was incorrect on my ticket, and Omio never gave me any boarding information. I have been successful with just buying from the transportation companies, so just do that. I will never use this app again.
