Used GoEuro for years, great. New version is totally useless. App couldn’t find its way out of a wet paper bag.

Just got off the call with the agent. I accidentally bookend on the wrong date so contacted immediately. The change fee is 15 euro as mentioned in the contract. They said I need to pay 195 euro per person to cover the difference + 15 penalty fee. the original ticket price wa 87 euro. I checked and the date I needed to travel is actually 113 euro. I should pay 35 euro per person. Not 195. It’s a scam and fraudulent company that takes your money away. Avoid at all possible.

I can’t count how many times we use this app. Not always to buy tickets but even just to look at what our options were. It’s very easy to use and gives the perfect amount of information. Highly recommended!
