Was scammed with lacking customer support

SCUMMY COMPANY BEWARE!!! I purchased a bus ticket from Porto to Lisbon and double checked the dates of my departure and return to ensure they were correct. Upon receiving the tickets via email, I realized the date of my departure ticket was incorrect. The app had glitched and upon contacting customer support, not only were they rude, they kept telling me that I didn’t know what I was talking about and that I was obviously wrong. Stay away from this company there’s much better alternatives out there.
Missing critical information (Scam/ rip-off)

I used this app for my train from Paris to the French country side on a business trip. The app did not not list which cart or seat my company booked for me. I only found out after my trip that they had gotten me first class after reviewing the emailed invoice. There is no reason this app couldn’t correctly show my ticket. I believe they withheld that information on purpose. Best to just print the paper ticket.

Sold us tickets on a bus claiming there were no seat assignments and we could sit anywhere we liked. Turns out the bus DID HAVE seat assignments, and OMIO had no option to select seat assignments AT ALL. Had to move seats each time the bus made a stop to pick up more passengers, holding up the entire bus because of the narrow aisle. Finally ended up with separate seats at the end since we were never assigned any seats. Absolutely irresponsible.

I’ve found SO MANY amazing deals thanks to Omio. That said, it’s sometimes worth double checking your prices via another website, but 9 times out of 10, you’re gonna find your beat deal here. I’ve already recommended this to dozens of people!
Convenient but not best

We assumed the app identified and offered best value but it does not. Very convenient to use. But weekend tickets were less than half the price of the least costly ticket shown. The app does not even offer weekend ticket options.

The wait times are extremely long for customer service and I’ve had two occasions where the customer service has been very rude and not helpful at all. I would suggest avoiding booking through omio at all costs!
Said Booking was Confirmed but it wasn’t

DON’T USE THIS APP! I have booked a flight with Omio before so I thought they were a reputable service but they are not. I booked another flight to London a month in advance and received a booking confirmation email. Days before the flight, and I did not receive a ticket from the airline. I contacted Omio and they said the booking was never confirmed with the airline despite telling me that it was. They are untrustworthy and you should just go directly on the flight website!
