Thank you!

Jinxy Tennis Player?

I appreciate the Omada program! It has helped me understand my relationship with food and consequences of food choices. For example when I select high calorie foods, empty nutritionally, it shows up on the scale and how I feel physically. Also when I select more vegetables how I feel fuller, more energized and notice the numbers on the scale going down. It’s crazy! Thank you for my amazing Health Coach Kati, she has been super informative and knowledgeable. However you selected her for me was a genius as she is a perfect fit! And I absolutely love my pretty scale. Other than when I went to Louisiana for a week I weighed myself every morning first thing. Starting my day with the focused on my health as it relates to the numbers on the scale has helped me be more responsible and empowered my trajectory towards improved health. Ever grateful, Theresa Doal?

Great App

Zunihunter

Easy to use and keeps me on track towards a healthier lifestyle.

Email notifications only ?

Trinad85

I love the app! However, I really wish I had the option to receive notifications to my phone for new posts in the discussion board and private messages from my coach. I miss a lot because all of my notifications go to my email. Other than that... I have no complaints!

Great app

Karl Nielsen

I’m enjoying my weight loss using this app to keep me honest.

Like, but needs improvement

James Frederick

I like it, but it keeps asking me for a phone password. So that requires you to close the app and reopen it. Also, you can’t view previous day foods easily, you have to go to the website. It also won’t let you track other workouts and convert them to steps. You have to use a converter calculator, then enter the steps on the website.

Not all that great

Starshinebabi

The iPhone version of the app lacks many of the options available on other phones. It’s dull, flat in comparison. Please improve, increase options, for the iPhone.

Wish it synced with Fitbit

KKPhil

Couple of things I’ve noticed...it doesn’t have a good food library and it doesn’t sync with Fitbit. Otherwise the app is decent.

Hard to Follow

Mdmrn7

I want to message the coach but when I try to, my old coach keeps coming up and saying this conversation has ended. How do I keep in contact with my coach. I want to be more involved. Also, I can’t see anyone’s weight loss but mine. Thanks

Omada App

Newt!!!

Although the Omada app has been helpful, I believe that it is too generic as far as being able to track food. There should be a snacks and drinks category. I also tried linking Omada up to my Garmin and I thought it would work but it hasn’t. I cannot find the page where I can try connecting the two apps again.

Like the program, app needs improvement

I like the weight loss approach of the Omada program. Coach, accountability to weigh and track food, online lessons, etc. I am really disappointed in the app. It is not up to par with other weight loss /fitness apps and is not the most user friendly. I spend a lot of time and effort trying to figure out how to do stuff. For example, tracking food for a previous day. After unsuccessfully trying to select a previous day on the tracker, I go to the support pages which seem to be outdated. The information and screens do not match my app. Logging food is cumbersome and once you enter a meal, it seems you can’t go back and edit it. Frustrating experience. There are many good food trackers out there, such as Lose It, that are much more user friendly and easy to use. Another shortcoming is the activity tracker. Everything has to be added as steps. I was directed to a conversion webpage by the program that gave me “file not found”, so I searched online to find one. All of the conversion pages I found lacked activities I do. Most activity trackers today, such as Lose It, will allow you to search a comprehensive list of activities, enter the time, and convert it and adjust the daily calorie intake accordingly. The Omada program has the right idea, but I think it would be better if they aligned themselves with another company to incorporate their app into the Omada program. For now, I think I will use the Lose It app for all my tracking, and the Omada app for lessons and communication with my team and coach.
