Best app for getting good health tips.

Great Fun!

Peter5564

I came to know about this app last month. It's easy and useful and fit myself. I love to do everything with my phone like watching video, listening to music, reading book etc and keep myself fit. Life is more convenient now.

Have to pay membership to use the app

AirElaine

It doesn't say it's an app you need to pay for, but you do.

Good App !

I rate this app 5 star coz its very useful and effective to make me and keep me fit perfectly.

It's not free

Boog1992

It doesn't cost money to download but after the questions you can pay 25 for 3 months or 10$ for 1 month. I know that that big of a deal but annoying that it's misleading. May as well pay for the app instead of a membership

Unexpected

Skepticalpie

I was really happy when getting the app, it was really promising. But I'm a teenager and I'm broke so I was upset when I found out I had to pay for a membership. I understand the money is useful, but at least tell us at the beginning before we get our hopes up!

Starting point, Not a lifestyle

OnlyCookintheHouse

This app is great if you are just starting out your journey. After fitness and healthy eating is your lifestyle, this is obsolete and you should use myfitnesspal or Fitbit. The food selection is limited and the exercise choices are even more limited. This app is designed to be used alone but can't accurately track exercise or food. I downloaded and deleted almost immediately. I'll stick with Jefit for workout plans and MyFitnessPal for my food tracking.

Could be helpful if it was more functional

Kay-Fizz

I like the idea, but it's just not a good app. The look, the buttons, the functionality, not the best. Even some of the workout tutorial videos don't match with the workout, which is confusing. Also - it says you can manually track your sleep by clicking a button...and yet the button doesn't exist? I also wish it could pull my sleep and food from my Fitbit app. It seems to only pull my steps. Sorry, but I didn't pay for a 3 month subscription for yet another app to log things into, when there are tons of free apps that actually have a scanner for food (My Fitness Pal, FitBit). It says to use your hand for portion sizes and asks if you followed the recommendations, but this is a perfect chance for people to put in "I did great!" ignorantly because they might have not actually followed guidelines. The tips are nice, and I like my personal workout routine you've provided, but y'all still have some work to do. I'm pretty disappointed, as the subscription price isn't worth what you're being provided.
