Like the knowledge section

I need to understand the logic behind the diet principal, I like that they have all these articles. And knowledge is free, as it should be!

Not friendly

Viviane Quill

I didn't like the app, I don't think is friendly . I'm regret .

Must not get it

Srejax

I must not get the value of this app. It did nothing for me.

Great & Thorough Full Health App

Me1256ihu

I've been searching for an app that includes health advice, restaurant guides, and gym walk through workouts, and I was tired of counting calories. I had resigned myself to counting calories forever, opening another app for resistance guidance, then another app to log a run (all of which seemed excessive), but this app really has it all together in one. It's easy to use, very personalized, and the point system makes me feel like I'm accountable to what I'm doing. I love the "nearby restaurant" feature that gives guidance based on what food places are near you. It gives daily advice, and daily exercise and food suggestions. Plus I love the articles and feedback. Will definitely continue using this!

Trouble Syncing Steps

Lotest

There are several things I really like about this app - workouts, simple meal tracking, etc. but I am not happy with the syncing of my steps between the app and my iPhone. I wear an Apple Watch which is not one of the devices recognized by this app. Steps are correct on my iPhone but way behind on the app and never update during the day. This ruins the fitness points and spoils the experience.

Not free at all

Jaycee281

You have to pay to use this app. Not worth it for me. Once you download and create an account it asks a bunch of questions about you then you have to pay to use any of the features. Useless if you don't pay.

Uninstalling

Snookiepooh0803

Your app is misleading you make it seem like it's free then when it's installed you make them pay for it after 7days who wants just 7 days ?not me uninstalling

Fitness :(

Mang'ngi

No option for SUP or for taking the stairs.

Very Disappointing Update

Omniamoena

Update: While the responded to my query, it was rather general. I figured out on my own that you only log your entrees, otherwise, you screw up your nutrition points. The nutritional aspect of isn't as good as it used to be, but I figured out how to make it work. Unless they provide greater nutritional guidelines, I say save your money. I do like the simple approach they take; I just don't understand why they muddled up a simple program. It's okay for beginners (if it included better information on how to log meals), but would be lacking for many. --------- I was quite satisfied initially, then the app was updated. The nutrition module is now cumbersome and no longer provides suggested meal options. The app also shuts down while using the nutrition module. I have emailed a query to the company, if they fix these problems, I may change my rating. As of now, I say save your money and do not purchase this app.

Better apps than this! Not easy to use!

Palitz

I thought this was going to be great. Easy to add in activities, but adding in 'meals' is really by individual food item. Can't sync with Fitbit- can't log in online- just refreshes homepage when you try. Not helpful FAQs. Thanks for the free trial- can't get rid of it fast enough!
