You’ve been “updating the scan” for months now. When will it be fixed??

I can’t scan New York lottery, mega lottery or Powerball lottery with this app. I used to be able to but it stopped A month or two ago. I can’t seem to find out why

Needs to be updated can’t scan any of my tickets for take 5.

The ticket scanner is terrible. Hasn’t worked for months now, only sporadically reading a barcode. There’s been an in-app message for at 90 days saying “we are currently updating ticket scan…” but there has been no fix or update to address. App in general is wonky at best.

App doesn’t scan and is frequently incorrect. Unlike other less corrupt states, this app must funnel money to Cuomo every time the scans don’t work. Why else would it take over a year for these idiots to fix the scanner.
