Doesn’t work- just like NYS politicians – Official NY Lottery Review

App doesn’t scan and is frequently incorrect. Unlike other less corrupt states, this app must funnel money to Cuomo every time the scans don’t work. Why else would it take over a year for these idiots to fix the scanner.
