Can’t create account due to error: params.user.attributes[1].value to be a string. Thus I cant scan ticket.

So freaking disappointed in this app, l use to could easily scan my tickets.Every time l open the app, it’s telling you that they’re currently updating.It seems you guys are going to take a century to fix this bug

NY State needs to FIRE the people responsible for this app. And then fire the people who made the website. It’s worse than useless because if it didn’t exist at least you wouldn’t be wasting your time with it.

The most lousy / mediocre / useless app . Never able to scan , the bar code is useless . Get this crap off the web!!!!!!! Do not use

The scan ticket feature is the worse. I would have the front barcode aligned and the app is still unable to read. I’ve tried with other state apps such as NJ, GA and PA and have quick results. You need new app developers.

You Can’t Scan Your Tickets, and you really do not need this app if you can’t do that. Who ever is in charge of this software should be fired, it’s disgraceful.
