Can’t See the Results if I Can’t scan it

I have 10 tickets today, I’m trying and trying. After 35min I’m giving up this is the 5th time it has happened. Since I downloaded the app I tried right away and out of 5 tickets it scanned 1. After that I tried to use it every time I played and I have not yet had a day that it would scan all my tickets. The most it has scanned during the 5 times I used was 1 ticket. This app needs WORK !!! A Lot of Work. I don’t recommend it to anyone it’s a Joke not a working App. NJ app and PA app work 100% with out a problem. Good Luck.

It worked fine and now for months it hasn’t, with the message that it’s being updated. Fix it.

The barcode scanner is Still undergoing an updated version but after 2 months still no update available! Why the delay?!
Can’t scan tickets

Ever since they upgraded last year you can’t scan your lottery tickets. That was the main draw for me using the app. FIX THIS please.

They’ve been “updating” the ticket scanner feature for like 4 months. I think the company hired to design the app doesn’t know how to fix it. Typical NYS ineptitude.

The ticket scanner normally works terrible. Reads about 50% of the tickets i scan—-and that’s only after dozens of attempts for each ticket. And now in 2022 they turned off scanning all together. The app says “ We are currently updating ticket scan. Please visit a New York Lottery retailer if you’re unable to scan a ticket.” I need to stop buying NY tickets and focus on NJ or CT.

Scan feature generally doesn’t work. Maybe one out of every 100 tries it may work. If I could have given it 1/2 star I would have.
