You can never scan your tickets because it’s always down on the app. All you get is basic information that you can google such as the winning numbers.

App been updating scanner forever. Maybe they should hire a new IT team. Without the scanner, it’s just reading numbers. I can do that with google.

And in all that time, the reason that I uninstalled it still hasn’t been fixed. If you are downloading this app because you are hoping that you are going to be able to scan your tickets with your phone to see if your numbers won, don’t bother. The only reason to even have this app is the ability to scan your tickets. We don’t need an app to manually check lottery numbers. We can get that from the website. Meanwhile, the description of your app still says people can scan their tickets. It’s now in the realm of false advertising, and it is taking you too long to fix it. I am now going to uninstall it yet again.

When are they going to update the scan feature?

The scan feature says they’re currently updating it for the past 6 months. When will this update finish??

Can’t scan for almost a year. Can’t see past numbers greater than 3 weeks ago. I don’t even know why NYS even bothers to update an app that doesn’t work (and if this is a 3rd party developer, they should be fired on the spot)

Well the app does a good job of scanning scratch off ticket codes, the scanning of printed tickets such as Daily Numbers, Powerball, etc. hardly ever works. Perhaps if the printed code was changed to something like a QR code or something similar to the scratch offs it might work better.

I downloaded this app about 2 years ago. The main thing I liked was the ability to scan my tickets. For the past 6-7 months, the scan feature has not worked. The message still says it’s being updated. How long does an update take? I am about to delete this app since the reason for downloading no longer exists. And when you attempt to get assistance with the app, the link takes you to the website which gives you no option to get assistance for the app. Deleting this app. No one is monitoring it anyway.

This app is a bad as the odds for winning. The app developers are obviously incompetent. The scan function hasn’t worked in at least six months and it no longer gives you any option to manually enter the tickets. It figures that New York State would hire someone as incompetent as the politicians in the state.
