OfferUp used to be such an awesome place I loved to go on. Please do something about these horrible annoying post that are trying to scam everyone. Look up a Nintendo switch and you will find that the !majority! of the listing that pop up are fake and trying to scam people. Please.

Seems the boys are strong on this one It’s usable but requires filtering messages Do not ship using this app The only option is USPS which is notorious for losing packages…it takes 7 days for usps to even start looking. By then you will be out your item as it’s on the way to a buyer who received a full refund for the item Their support is non-existent and the app constantly crashes
Want Spam and Robocalls?

You wont sell anything on this app. You will get scammed or robocalls for rest of life or until you change number. Offerup is a scam too. Im sure this is just a way to sell your info like most companies now. DO NOT USE THIS!!!
Lost sale

I lost a sale because the shipping label wouldn’t come up. Just an error message. Contacted help, provided time consuming information, and they extended the deadline for shipment, BUT never solved the problem.

When you ask about a vehicle no one will answer you back so what’s the use in even putting it up for sale and then not respond? On every vehicle I’ve asked about nothing back!

Needs to make a change. I just started using the app and I made offers to purchase about 10 different items at the full listed price. None of them have answered. I don’t understand why people post on this app just to ignore customers. This app is a waste of time, don’t even download it, better third party sellers like Ebay and craiglist and even facebook marketplace. Offerup is one of the worst customer experiences of any app.
No contact with sellers

I left several messages to sellers and it’s obvious that after reaching out to OfferUp support, all I’ve gotten was my email changed but I’m still locked out from receiving or exchanging any communications. I’ve gotten faster results from Craigslist. I’ve recently sold and bought the same type of merchandise on Craigslist because I’m still locked out of OfferUp!
