You have to be very careful. OfferUp currently is one of the worst platforms with active scammers. In over 2 years of use got scammed once and unfortunately got met up with some sketchy people in person. They just needs way better system to deal with the criminals. Craigslist got better hope they do as well cause it is a nice service.

Most the people interested the product want to meet,but later on cancel meeting all the time. I really don’t know is the report system is working or not ,those people are very ignoring.

these reviews just only bots programed to falsely write fake false reviews it is too far slow and not enough traffic to sell items and buying and selling on here is not easy and is good

And like you’re offering all the different items. It’s the people that sell it or jerks a lot of the times They don’t follow through with what you’re looking for and waiting for a trip to have an answer when you’re in the middle of the transaction but thank you anyway keep up the good work

The customer service is so bad I usually never get anything resolved I have to email them and then wait back a few days my account got disabled several times without an explanation so that I could correct it they disabled my account several times and they had money in there that was supposed to be transferred from shipping but never received it. No one wanted to help over email and no other way to get ahold of them unfortunately.

It is extremely difficult to find private listings for vehicles with so many auto dealership posts. Can you please add an option to sort by private owner or dealership please. I use the app often and it’s extremely inconvenient when looking for vehicles. We would really love the option to filter out the dealership ads. It’s literally like a 15 to 1 ratio when looking for vehicles. Way more dealership posts than private. This makes it so the seller doesn’t get as many views due to so many dealership posts….please change this. Thank you! I would like to sell a car here also…one day. Please add the option to filter out these dealerships. Have a blessed day !!
