I msg people and I think my account is blocked by you guys because they don’t receive my msg . I even emailed you to fix it but no response

Do not use this app, they do not respond to emails if you have issues with receiving payment through the app or shipping issues. It’s been 12 days since I sold a item and shipped it and my money is still pending. It says it was supposed to be deposited within 5-6 business days. I’ve emailed them 2 times within 5 days with no response Unacceptable service.

They keep closing my account for supposedly violating the rules but not true the last thing I posted was a washer and dryer set and they kick me out saying I post something about vaccines that’s goes against rules ?

It shows a bear with a bandaid and says somethings wrong on every page. I can’t do anything or even login anymore. Its been like this for a week. I’ve tried deleting and redown, but it doesn’t make a difference. I even get emails saying people are interested in what I’m selling and can’t do anything

Usually I love this app. In fact I used it to furnish my whole entire beach house. However lately it’s been down more than it is up. That’s why I’m only giving it to stars. I try to get into my messages and it’s just a blank white screen.Very aggravating when you’re trying to do a meet and you’re texting the person for the details and then you can’t get in as you’re in route to the meet up!!!’

Nothing I have advertised on this website has ever sold. My prices are not even slightly high or out of line. When I scroll through the website I see literally hundreds of things and I think that’s the problem. I think they encompass too big an area, and don’t remove sold items, so their website is simply flooded.

Um it was going well at first.. but one day I was trying to buy my mother some shoes for her birthday.. I brought them and talked to the seller and offer up put up a “review” which took 24 hours and some change I waited.. just to come back to a whole deleted account saying I Didn’t follow guidelines.. I haven’t done anything wrong but try to buy a pair of shoes like I always do so i was very very confused.. now I re downloaded the app and made a new account and nobody is responding because they can’t see my messages I’m not sure for what reason.. this app Is just all in all weird and it’s so upsetting.

From a seller’s point of view, it lacks: 1) Ability to search in your inventory of listed items. 2) Ability to delete a listing. Now, you can archive or mark it sold only. 3) More shipping choices: 4oz, 8oz, 1 lb, plus the current ones. 4) Ability to cancel an accepted order, if you can’t fulfill the order. Example, during packing, I broke a fragile item. I waited 3 days for the order to be canceled automatically. Meanwhile the buyer’s money was kept hostage. 5) Ability to make changes to you listing from OfferUp’s website. The current website functionality is at bare minimum. I could update my inventory much better using a full keyboard computer than my phone. Despite all that it is still a good app and I appreciate all the folks who are making OfferUp possible. Harry
