I recall buying just one month, during a trip, so I could see my pup. Apple iTunes just charges you automatically without listing what it is. After wondering for months what the charges were for from iTunes (and trying to find them clearly listed somewhere) I searched and realized I’d been paying monthly ever since. I don’t usually misread this sort of thing, so read carefully before purchasing.
Black screens

App shows black screens for the last several months (I know the cameras work cuz I can watch online on a computer). Fix please!!!!!!!!!!!

I recently purchased the $4.99 app on a android device and shortly after switched to Apple. When I downloaded the app it required me to repurchase the app. I contacted customer service to see if there is another way to transfer the account and they were very quick to respond. I did have to purchase the app again, but the refunded the fee from the android device. All told this process took 5 min.

If I could give zero stats I would. DO NOT WASTE YOUR MONEY!!!! You subscribe and then the webcam never works and is just a black screen. They charge you auto payment every month and if you don't have the original phone/account its impossible to cancel, have to call your bank and pay fee to stop their charges. Even if you cancel same day no refunds EVER.

App used to work fine but now it says I need to renew my subscription but my current subscription doesn’t expire for several more months. Even when I try to renew it anyway it says I can’t because I already have a subscription.

The developers are happy to take your money but haven’t even updated for iPhone X resolution almost two years later. The videos don’t load over celular, mostly just display a black screen without any indication if the picture is loading or not.

How to cancel your subscription

This app’s provided instructions to cancel subscription are misleading. If you have an iPhone, cancel through the App Store app on your phone NOT under settings per their instructions. No issues with lagging but video quality VERY poor.
