Don’t waste your time downloading this....I would guess most people are here because they are on an iPhone or iPad and can’t see their pet because iOS devices don’t support flash videos. At first I downloaded this app (which, by the way, seems like it was developed by a 4th grader) but after finding out they want to charge you a monthly fee I figured there has to be a better way. Turns out all you need to do is download a web browser that can play flash videos on iOS. I went with Puffin which has a free version and worked perfectly for watching my pup.

This app is awful. Truly it was frozen the entire time my dog was in boarding. Very disappointed. And to top it off it said my account was expired and if I wanted to continue I needed to refresh the payment. I of course did not want to continue so I took no action. And it still charged me!!!!

Please save your money. I subscribed to this to see my dog while he was being Boarded. Never saw him. Black screen and they tried to tell me it was because of my iPhone. If they rip everyone off 1.99 they can get rich for not providing a service. I would give them no stars, but it’s making me give at least 1

Like others have mentioned, the quality of video was minimal, but it was better than nothing and I was able to view my dog playing at the kennel. However, my doggie daycare thankfully is using a different service now. I went in to manage my subscriptions to cancel ODoggy, but it doesn’t give me the option to cancel it, like my other subscriptions do. I even deleted the entire app, but it still shows up under my descriptions. If I were a betting woman, I would bet I’m going to get charged $5.00 come December when this auto-renews without my permission. ?

Horrible picture- And I just found out that I’ve been charged the last 3 months when I cancelled it one month in due to the horrible quality.

It’s like we’re not in 2018 with decent cameras. You can’t charge for a service this unprofessional. Their quality is horrible.

Beware downloading and paying for this. Development seems to have ceased and the app no longer works on my iPhone.

If I can save someone $4.99, I will. It simply doesn’t work. My kennel advertised webcams. We put our babygirl in the kennel due to having webcams. We go outta town, purchase this app, and can’t see a thing. Black screen. The kennel says that they are cutting ties with the company. Doesn’t work.
