Buggy & black screens

I’ve used this app for over a year when I board my dogs. The annual plan is an inexpensive $5. When I initially bought the app it was good; didn’t have a problem viewing the dogs. In the last 3-6 months, the cameras always show up black on the mobile app & when I call the boarding facility they report the cameras are working fine, & to check with O’doggy. I call O’doggy and there is no one there. Phone number is not in service, so no customer support. When it works, it’s fantastic! I was able to use the desktop version well, but I paid for it so I could use the mobile version, so that’s a fail. Will not be renewing my annual membership.
You have to pay to see your dogs

Our doggie day care and boarding facility uses this app as their web cam service and you have to subscribe to use the app. Why is the dog facility not paying these fees. I had to pay a month subscription to see the dogs for 3 days
Black screens - no support

Do not buy this app! The screens for my dog’s boarding facility are all black. The employees at the facility say they don’t know how to fix that. Online Doggy support does not answer their phone so I’m out of luck in another country not being able to view my dog. I would urge boarding facilities to use another system.

My subscription is paid for a year but the app is acting like I need to pay. It’s not due for renewal until beginning of Dec 2019!!

Spent about an hour - pc windows 7 chrome no luck, explorer - no luck, iPhone paid app - no luck! Not user friendly to this user!

This product is a scam. No video cameras work. It’s only a black screen. Don’t buy the subscription!

Would be ZERO stars if it could be! I thought this app would be cool, to be able to see our dog while he was at the boarding place, but all we see are black screens for all cameras. We only needed this app for a few days and paid the 1.99 and all we get are black screens. Complete rip off!!

This app used to work and now all I see are black screens. This is unacceptable and a pitiful way to squeeze $5 minimum out of unsuspecting people. I will not be renewing.
