-Payment will be charged to iTunes Account at confirmation of purchase.
-Subscription automatically renews unless auto-renew is turned off at least 24-hours before the end of the current period.
Account will be charged for renewal within 24-hours prior to the end of the current period, and identify the cost of the renewal.
-Subscriptions may be managed by the user and auto-renewal may be turned off by going to the user’s Account Settings after purchase.
-No cancellation of the current subscription is allowed during active subscription period.

Pathetic!

Just as the title states, this is a pathetic excuse for a video app. I used it because I was boarding my dog and this is the service they use. Don't expect live footage due to the app freezing every few seconds. To make matters worse, you have to sign up for recurring monthly charges in order to use it, so you are charged if you don't cancel before the next billing service. I have to go by the boarding business to see if they can help me cancel the service because the information for cancelling auto renewal provided by Online Doggy is not accurate! So for now I have removed all methods of billing so I will not continue to be charged for a service that was crap from the start.

Freezes or hard to connect

This makes the kennel look bad. The app freezes, looses connection and I have to keep restarting app. By then my doggie is done playing which is a 30 minute playtime. My home security is so much better and I did not have to pay to see.

I purchased this app because our boarding facility, which used to offer a free webcam, went to it a few years ago. It is extremely difficult to get into the app with my iPad. The picture quality is horrible...distorted and fuzzy with lots of jerky buffering. Not worth the money.
I want my $5 refunded!

I did NOT authorize you guys to auto renew. FYI they have auto renew imbedded in the app. They don’t warn you. Hey just renew. I’ve used this useless app maybe twice. Complete waste of now $10. I will be reporting you to Apple to get my $5 back.

The quality of the video stream is abysmal, and this app automatically renews your subscription on a monthly basis even if you don’t approve the recurring charge. When I paid for the initial month, it never alerted me of this subscription. Shady business practice for a terrible app.
Cost to much for few days

My dog there from a Wednesday to the next Wednesday my daughter pays 1/2 apparently what I pay and only for few days then pay again for next few days never mind the fee to House your animal. Forgot...cost is PER viewing device
