I downloaded the app today, and did two observations. I was paid within 10 minutes of completing each one. It’s awesome!!!

Starting to become a frustrating experience

His everything....

Was having a very frustrating experience and getting no where with customer service. Tried to call corporate and left voice mail. Not sure if it was timing or what but shortly after that call my issue was resolved. I really love this app just wish there was a better way to communicate to the office or customer services other than email.

This is a great app that is not only easy to understand and use but is also a great way to earn some extra cash. It’s not like any other easy-cash app that I’ve tried. Observa Truly is quick, easy and lives up to it’s description. Wish there were more opportunities in my area! VERY UNIQUE APP!

Scam

Observa is a scam. They will find any excuse to not pay you for your observations. The past 7 observation I have done have all been rejected and each for a different reason. The most recent was rejected for them claiming I was not at the location even though my observation included 7 pictures of the inside of the store, the demo station which was only at this store location and only for a few hours, and the storefront. How would I ever be able to include this pictures if I was not at the location. Ridiculous. Total scam. Waste of time and effort. Total rip off. No I have been emailing you and you are still arguing with pictures of a scheduled demo at a specific store. I work for a national merchandising company and they would never jerk me around like you chumps, I think I have had 3 projects rejected in 2 years with them. Scam. I want proof you haven’t used the last 7 you have denied for your own personal gain.

By far the easiest and most straightforward app in the genre. They work quickly and are extremely fair with their requirements. A must have if you live in any major city and want to make an extra buck or 2.

This company is fraudulent. They will reject your work for the tiniest things but yet still make their money. They don’t allow you to correct that minor mistake but yet simply not pay you. I am DEF reporting them.

I took a opportunity, did everything the app told me to do, submitted it and was never paid. I’ve tried sending an email and they never replied. It seems more like a scam than a way to make a little extra money. If I wanted to walk around for 30 minutes and wasting my time taking pictures I would’ve went to a park and done it on my own without the help of an app. I definitely will not recommend this to anyone, ever.

Weird problems with maps app now

I love getting to work with Observa. I’ve been finding all sorts of items I didn’t know were available in my area. I’m so happy for all the opportunities to work with Observa! The extra money helps me eat, pay for rides, and buy medicines. Thank heaven for Observa??

Low paying garbage

The jobs are pathetic and pay very little. The instructions are muddled and the estimated time to complete is so far off it's crazy. If you want to pay your own gas for $4 jobs that take 30 minutes to complete then have at it. I've done over 400 shops in my career. As for this app, I tried it, It's awful.
