I was really excited to try this app out in the beginning. Because it’s not one of those gimmicks that you earn points and sign up for partnering services and get $2.00. This is a legit app where you pick a task and get paid. The pay is well advertised for each task. However I was only paid for the first task i did. I walked around a pharmacy took notes and pictures of products. The job lasted around 45 min or so. I was super excited to get $9 in my PayPal! After seeing for my it was a real app that’s not a gimmick I really started to put time and effort in. So I did 2 jobs at Bestbuy and 3 jobs at Smart and Final. In a span of 2 days. This I thought was a totally different and honest company that will pay you an honest wage for honest work. There is no such thing here. I provided tons of pictures and a ton of other metrics into the app for Bestbuy. Just because the pictures were not done ever so perfectly; they denied the whole payment ….for the whole job. Now keep In mind photos are one aspect of the job. This company will profit from your free labor and tell you that the photos were not good enough or taken in the wrong orientation. Actually a very smart business strategy Crappy outcome for someone who just trying to make a few bucks for the weekend. Of coarse I brought it to their attention. The rep who responded was unamused and seemed bothered from my email. The rep was actually quite snarky and condescending. It think it’s because I reveled that I work at a grocery store for my regular 9 to 5 job. I thought my current job in the grocery store would have been seen as an asset. But as of 3 emails kindly asking for my money, dead ears. Now i see the importance of my membership in the UFCW. This kinda of business practice would not be tolerated at my national grocery chain. Shucks if I callout sick… they still pay me. Shop locally and shop Union!!!

Not enough jobs in the area but the ones I have done were paid out quickly and were relatively simple

When I first signed up for this app, there were a ton of jobs in my area. I was able to grab a couple and got paid pretty quick when I completed them. But there haven’t been any new jobs in my area in almost 2 months.

App looks like its legit and would love to do it, but the closest opportunity i have is 56 miles away... which will alot more than 5$ in gas money! If their were places near me i would love to use this app to earn extra money.

You may have my location while I’m using the app but you may NOT track me all day long. Honestly that shouldn’t be an option for apps. Stop asking me every single time I open the app.

Not sure why this app doesn’t have more reviews. They pay you fairly quickly after completing offers. Not to mention that the actual observations are fun and worth your time! Above all this, their customer support is extremely swift and friendly on aiding any issues you may have. Would give more stars if possible :)

I love this app bc they pay the same day or within 24 hours. Shops are super easy. I drive around the St. Louis Metro area because I freelance, so I’m able to pick up opportunities all over the metro area. I’ve made about $100 in the past two weeks using this app. Helps keep gas in my car and a meal here and there since I’m a poor musician. Keep giving ST LOUIS opportunities!!!

Just recently discovered this field work app. It's, by far, one of the best!!!! They pay immediately, after the jobs are submitted and verified. Their support team responds to emails quickly, no matter what the problem or question might be. The $ earned, per job, is very fair, for the amount of work/time required to complete. The one and only drawback,I have noticed, is The total number of available jobs , in my area. Of course that varies depending upon where you live.

The app is nice when it comes to seeing what jobs are near and making “quick” money, but if there’s something that they think you failed at you will not get paid for your TIME at all. I did one for the first time yesterday and I thought I was doing everything right, even down to an item not being in stock. I asked the sales associate and even they stated they did not have the item in stock, but I was informed from Observa that they did. I’m not sure if there was a miscommunication but I still did my job and at least should be compensated for something. Otherwise they got free work. I do feel maybe their should be a better system in how to track peoples work or something that is a little more modern.
