Don’t wast your time completing tasks for this guys they do not pay!!! I was wasting 40 min of my tow time driving to a “opportunity location and taking photos around there and bothering the employees with questions then I got declined the money they was offered for that opportunity ! COMPLETE WASTE OF TIME!!!!!!!

Observa seems to follow the unethical practice of rejecting visits for one tiny detail and denying any payment. Meanwhile they have 95% useful data to send to their client.

Love the app. Their jobs have clear instructions and the app is very user friendly. They approve and pay faster than any other money making app I use or have used. I haven’t had to interact with support just yet, so am unable to comment on that aspect. My only negative comment is the fact that I have referred numerous people and they’ve confirmed they used my referral code / link and that they’ve completed jobs for Observa although I have never seen a penny of referral income even though the app is clear that they pay for referrals. I know people across the US, but have mostly stopped referring since there’s no benefit to me. I will agree with the other reviewers that the pay vs your time and effort is one of the best out of all the apps I use.

Good idea but obviously a scam

The jobs are all very far away and not much pay to travel such a distance. And the requirements for jobs are ridiculous. The ONE job near me required me to BUY tickets to a Madison Sq Garden game? This app seems like a good idea but in the end it’s more of a scam. You’re spending time and money on these jobs for hardly any thing back. DO NOT DOWNLOAD.

They will scam you money. I did two reviews and apparently one offset the other and they rejected it even though I did both . Customer service is not findable . Stay away it glitches .

They had me working 20 Observation, plus driving 2 hours round trip then I’m not getting paid, they currently owned me $160. I had never receive one cent from them! Stay away of this company!

I have done around 6 observations and love how easy they are to complete. Best of all, they pay super fast. Once I was paid in 20 minutes!!! The instructions are clear and I’m usually done in less than 15 minutes.

When you promise to pay for services, and the majority of those services are performed, I believe there must be some old contract principle, some doctrinal relic that compels you to perform an equitable portion of that promise. I don’t really know much about it - I’m just here to accept this here opportunity. But it sounds like a class action play to me. Hope you’ve got good legal boys. You know it’s coming down the line. Now. Off I go.

In no way am I paid to write this review, but I’m so pleased that I couldn’t wait to get home and share!** First time working a job on this app and with this company. I read the description of the job I was eyeing and needed clarification. I emailed their support team who got back with me in less than 15 minutes—on a Sunday! They helped me with my question and I went about the job. My advice: Read the instructions carefully. Double, no, triple check your work. As long as you’ve done everything as asked, you will be paid. Once they approve, you’re paid. Automatically. No rewards points, no waiting until you hit a certain amount to cash out, none of that. Automatic. Anxiously waiting for more jobs!
