The people behind the app are good responding to issues and clear up confusions over email. Ive seen some issues in some of the reviews but this app pays extremely quickly and if you follow the directions in the app ahouldnt have any issues. Recent updates make it much faster than before

they clearly take their time to write instructions and if you follow them and use the example photos provided you won’t have a problem. sometimes the app is a bit slow to load but there are so many opportunities on it that i understand. lots of jobs of different types available and easy to set up your account thru paypal to be paid!

I recently found out about this app, when someone mentioned it in a forum. I have successfully completed all of my assignments, and I have been paid the same day, via PayPal, and not long after submitting my assignment(s). Their instructions are crystal clear, and their app is a cinch to use. I must say, however, that I am not a big fan of having a 2 hour time limit for jobs, but I still have enjoyed their assignments.

Takes observations but will not pay you

Just completed 3 observations to find each one rejected even though all condition were met. I contacted them them and I’m willing to change my review if I receive payment. I am very disappointed as I have worked as a mystery shopper before and never had this happen before. I had even planned to complete all their observations within my area but why bother when it’ll just be wasted time and gas just so they can claim I didn’t fulfill a condition and avoid payout. Don’t waste your time or gas.

Expected to go and find products and displays that many times are not even at the location. If you do not do things exact in their fine print, YOU WILL NOT GET PAID. Even if you show that there was no product, you were at the correct store and the employees have never heard of the product!! Wasted time and gas... then to expect a independent contractor being paid BEANS to discuss products with the stores is ludicrous especially if the store representatives have no clue of said products.

Made-up reason to reject submission

I did a Zippo audit that was rejected for made-up criteria. They said I was required to mention in the comments if there was no lighter fluid sold in the store. This was nowhere in the instructions - I double checked another Zippo form. Wish I had that gas money back. Update: And look at that, another one of my observations has just disappeared from the app. Cool Update: Support is doubling down on their bad decision and stopped replying entirely when I informed them that two of my observations just disappeared entirely without being verified or rejected. This is ridiculous.

I’ve done many jobs for Observa. When I started approaching the W-9 mark, however, I started getting rejections for SUPER trivial/inconsequential stuff. For instance, one job at one Walmart would be approved no problem, and an IDENTICAL job would be denied, with the only difference between the two being the store. Customer service is rude at best. My last rejection was basically their not wanting to pay me, really. I did the job, they didn’t put it back on the map, it was fine in every other case, so I know they’re using the data I gave them, and just not paying me. BEWARE
