Not reporting trouble codes

Connected fine to my 2016 Ford Escape platinum; shows very basic info. Bought to try to work with trouble codes reported by dealer, trying to get remote start to work. App shows no trouble codes, several other incomplete reports from sensors, but is totally useless to me or dealer service

Just received this product today. I plugged it in it won’t connect to my IPhone XS Max and it beeps three times which means vehicle alarm. Please help me figure out what that means.

I downloaded the App. It connects well, but does not allow you to reset error codes unless you pay a ridiculous monthly fee. Very weak! I would use this maybe 4 times per year. Why would one pay such monthly fees????? Go out and buy a handheld scanner instead.
Works but missing some features

Its cheaper then other alternatives but it’s worthless without the subscription. Might as well go to an auto shop and get a free code readout. I purchased a 1 month subscription and it now delivers a lot more value. However to my surprise it doesn’t save previous readout or allow to create a profile for a car. I get it’s cheaper then other alternatives, but these are simple software capabilities.
