It works as promised. If you have an engine light on your vehicle. This device will save you $$$ and time. It gives codes of what is causing issues, once those issues are resolved you are good to go..

Had less that 24 hours and was refused a refund of $20

I tried processing a refund less than 24 hours of purchasing the pro version due to the obd2 device I purchased i sent back due to not working right and don’t plan on ordering another one When I try to process the refund it denied me on it Now I’m out $20 The app support emailed me saying the $20 is non refundable and directed me to the FAQs number 25 which states “ I resolved the issue with my car how to I cancel? Followed by we suggest you keep the app so your ready for next time but respect your decision to cancel. Mean while it stated that you can cancel any Time and that the yearly is $20 for the year (1.67 a month ) I canceled less that 24 hours and have been refused a refund I guess the you can cancel any time means they take your money anyways I would understand being changed for the month but not keeping them fully year worth

I had used this before and was successful in resolving my issue. Afterwards I canceled my subscription and deleted the app. Fast forward to today. I reinstall the app and connect, then re-subscribe to upgrade. Now it won’t connect. Uninstall and reinstall. Still won’t connect. Finally tried another app. Worked perfectly. Something about the Pro upgrade is blowing this up for me.

Got this app and programmer to change my tpms and wheel size on my Jeep Wrangler but can’t find a spot to do it

I upgraded the app to pro hoping to get access to other features and more information from a DTC scan and I got absolutely nothing different. On the main page it still says “upgrade to pro” on a bunch of the stats and the DTC that said “upgrade to pro” to see code now just says unknown. Complete waste of money!
