Nothing works!

The site is totally dis functional. I have registered and the first couple of times things sort of worked. Now I receive messages that I have new test results and I can’t get back in. You desperately need a new developer! Functionality is terrible!
Issues signing in

I have a lot of issues signing into the app, I have my username and password saved but it doesn’t accept it, even after multiple tries. When I finally am able to sign in after closing and reopening the app multiple times then I think it is very useful. But overall it is frustrating to use because of the login issues.
Drops me regularly

Every time I get a test result or I have to sign in from outside my home, it drops my password, I have to delete the app and start all over again, as it does not even recognize my full password when I enter that instead of passcode. Lousy system, sure doesn’t make it easy like they claim it does, even for employees!
NYU LANGONE - does not work like Mychart

I cannot believe how little this app allows me to do. I have had success over the years with MYCHART for different medical institutions & hospitals but NOT THIS ONE I cannot communicate with my doctor- or office at all!! I can get cannot get any details on tests that were taken in the hospital (only basically what test was taken - but unable to tap for details). And the Doctors office must assume this is all possible for me, because it is a one by one big deal to get test results which include them having to mail them to me - who does that! Mail no longer follows me to what location I may be working from. This is horrendous so far.
Change isn’t always good

Never had an issue with the older version. This new version is horrible. Had to uninstall and reinstall several times and still couldn’t do the virtual visit. In these times that’s something you need to get right.
CANCEL your MyChart Account!

This app is awful. If your doctor needs to cancel your appointment after enrolling in a myChart account, they will no longer call or text you to inform you - they will simply send an email with a generic message to “check your mychart account”. If you can’t login or don’t have the time to navigate the app, then you will never get the message or know what the message is even about! If you have a myChart account, my suggestion is to call NYU Langone at (866) 262-6458 and ask them to close and delete your myChart account. It’s not enough to just delete the app. Then, if your doctor cancels your appointment, you will actually get notified.
Test result issues.

Test results that are uploaded as an image are not opening. Please advise. Otherwise, I love the app and haven’t had issues prior to this.
Landscape please!

I am generally pleased with this app and NYU’s underlying systems are solid in my experience. This is the only MyChart-type app that does not permit landscape view for easy use on iPads. NYU, please introduce that option so iPad users don’t have to look sideways or find an iPad stand to read the material. Thanks.
