Log into the app using your NYU Langone Health MyChart account to get mobile access to the following:

• schedule and change appointments, including virtual urgent care visits
• schedule and change most imaging exams, as well as view arrival instructions, preparation instructions, and imaging exam results
• view upcoming appointment details
• view your electronic health record
• view your released lab test results and standard ranges
• request prescription renewals
• send secure messages to your healthcare team
• get notified when it’s time for your annual physical, flu shot, and other preventive care needs
• view health information for designated family members, including children
• pay your bill

You can also use the app without logging in to schedule a new patient appointment or virtual urgent care visit, or to pay your bill.

When you arrive for your appointment at many NYU Langone locations, you can use the app for wayfinding and sharing your location with others.

Tried to get test results Was not successful Called for help, not successful, Asked to email results, cannot do. Asked for my password, could not emailed Called Langone, on Friday afternoon and told open until 6. Told them it wasn’t 6:00. Told they leave early on Friday. They should be ashamed of themselves. Think the next step is to contact Ken Lagone

I foolishly “upgraded” to the new app. Now, every time I sign in I get identical palaver about the benefits of the upgrade - but NOT access to the apps. I need thee apps, not the palaver. I regret my choice and would undo it if I could.


Covid 19 icon is not showing!!

Got an email saying I could sign up for the vaccine...just click on the covid 19 icon ...THERE IS NONE!

Just loaded the app on my iPad. The screen wont turn for the keyboard set up. Have to tilt my head left to see. Never experienced this poor a set up before.

“Use the app”/“Use the website” to book your vax appt is what they say, while adding under no circumstances can you call to do this. Fine—neither the app nor website have a way. My wife, though, has the icon on her app, and she booked her first appt with plenty of slots available. What gives?

The NYULangone application is great. It keeps forgetful me up-to-date on appointments, procedures, messages and sends results rather quickly. No more annoying ‘being left on hold’ calls.

Was told to use the app to schedule a Covid vaccine appointment. However the app does not have the ability to schedule a appointment.

Terrible new update as of May 2021

This latest update is terrible! It takes so much more work to find the basic things. Why are my visits not on the home page? That’s the section I use more than any other to look at after visit summaries and see what I have upcoming and where I need to go. It’s so far down the menu. The label of “schedule” is confusing because at first I thought it meant my schedule of upcoming appointments. I far preferred when all my options were in one place, this makes no sense. It feels like they’re just trying to make it look flashy but have completely screwed functionality. And the way things move makes it a lot harder for me as a disabled person to access them. Everything was more accessible on the old version and I wish I could undo the update.
