Go away for a few weeks not using the app and nothing works. Lost two saved tickets can’t see schedules. Not good folks!

Won’t scan credit card. Has a manual entry but the developers forgot to put an “enter” button so once you’ve entered card details there is no way to move forward!

There’s a ferry terminal in Edgewater. It’s called the Edgewater Ferry Terminal. It’s serviced by the NYC Ferry system. It even shows up on the map in the app. But try entering it as a departure or destination. I dare ya. See? Nothing. The website needs to let you know that before you download this waste of space. Deleting.

So unclear and confusing. Why should a simple schedule be so hard to access? The NJ Transit and other transit apps are so much easier to use. This is a poor excuse of an app and should be revamped completely

Every weekend I use NYC Ferry iOS app and can never plan out my schedule as the Schedules button does not work. It is currently Thursday 11/08/2018 at 4:43pm. I am trying to look up a ferry schedule to go into Brooklyn and it shows me the next ferry as 6:47AM Friday 11/09/2018. No matter what time of day or when in the week it will show me the schedule for the next day dstarting in the early AM. I am using an iPhone 5 iOS 10.3.3. My girlfriend's iPhone 6S has no problem jusing the same app so I often I have to ask her when the next ferry stop is. Seriously test out your app! I know people with Android phones older then my iPhone 5 and they work properly.

This app is very poorly designed. The interface isn’t straightforward at all, setting up a payment method doesn’t support cut and paste, you can’t choose Apple Pay until after you’ve added a credit card, and so on. If there was an alternative, I’d certainly look to use that.

I’m in Guatemala and the app just bought a pass using my info and cards . Can’t cancel it

The app should be reviewed so that the monthly pass does not need to be activated with every use. If it is a monthly pass, with a set expiry date after the first use, why do we need to take that extra step every time we board the boat? Please fix it!

The app freezes and crashes on my iPhone, to the point where I can not reliably activate my ticket. I have occasionally need to delete and install the app to get it working again.
