It would very nice and helpful to be able to buy tickets on your App and send them to friends and family Like Ticketmaster does with concert tickets.
I just want to see the weekend schedule for all ferries. Not the ones near me. Not my saved locations. Just the full weekend schedule. So I can plan my life. Can't do it through the app, though. The app is actually OK, I just wish it had this very basic function.
Would love to take a ferry ride this afternoon but I cannot deal with this horrible app.
Not sure what everyone’s problem but the schedule, map and paying for tickets are all easy. My only recommendation would be to INCLUDE APPLE PAY AS AN OPTION.
If you store your tickets locally to your device and you upgrade to ios 13. You lose access to the tickets. The app thinks the tickets are locked to another device (ie your phone before you uograded to ios 13). Please fix this. If you store your tickets to the cloud. This should be a non issue.
App doesn’t recognize correct password and won’t send me an email to reset the password. Utterly useless.
The live schedule feature is very hard to use. Please just add a section of the app where we can see the printed out schedule /timetable for each route that is on the website.
The app asked to sign in multiple times and that always happened when I have to take my ferry. It takes ages to open.
It’s 2019...I can’t use apple pay to buy tickets? I can’t use face id to log in? Meh...it doesn’t even remember my email address or at least let me use auto-fill to enter my email...update your app, this one is outdated!
