Simple is Best

SewingRN

Simple = Effective I love the simplicity of this app: there are no details to get lost in the overwhelm. You don’t need to input every detail of what you ate. Ate a serving of veggies? Just hit +1 on the the vegetable tracker. You don’t have to go into a database and find what veggies you ate, input the volume, or how they were prepared. Just click when you eat a serving. Simple. As a user and as a Holistic Health Coach, I like the simplicity of this app.

Good, but room for improvement.

The synchronization between this app and my other fitness tracker apps seems to be sporadic. Also, I would love to see a Notes field at the bottom of my daily journal to allow me to give my trainer feedback on the day, maybe limit it to 500 or thousand characters?

Requests please!

This app would be PERFECT if it was more customizable as follows: Add coffee and milk to indulgences Add quality of sleep rating under sleep and Naps Add Abs and Arms and Skiing or Snow Sports as options under activity Add wore SPF on body and face Add a section for mental activities such as Sudoku or Adult Coloring Books, move Meditation there, and Reading Add watching TV Add a section for Goals (get a 4-pack stomach) and a section for Budgets (2 coffee and 2 alcohol drinks per week) Please and thank you!!

Good idea but keeps Asking for Login

Even during a single use, it asks me to re-login.

It doesn't track anything

JFusco

I connected that app to Apple Health and Fitbit. Everything has stayed at zero since I started it. This appears to be the app that does nothing.

Meh. Solid, OK app.

FitCoachLinda

I got this app because it was going to be used in a six week fitness challenge I had joined. That ended up not happening, but for a couple of weeks I tried to use the app anyway. On the plus side, it is reliable, everything I entered was recorded accurately. It synced with my Fitbit Flex 2 just fine. Technically, the app seems solid and stable, and does what it is supposed to. On the con side… I didn't find it very useful as a way of tracking activity, nutrition, etc. Maybe it's too "big picture" for me. I am used to using apps that record more detail and provide graphs of consistency and progress. The message boards or groups are a real weak point, and I wouldn't bother with them. They are not very active, and not well-designed. You can post a message easily enough, and you can respond to other people. They do work. But if someone responds to your message, you don't get any kind of notification. What that means is that you have to go back and check any messages you have posted to see if anyone has said anything back to you. Not useful. Also, the Tech message board doesn't appear to be monitored by the developer. Questions there are not answered, unless it is by other users. The app is worth a try. It might suit you better than it suited me. I wasn't impressed.

Awesome app - great update!

I love the new update! It's really cool to be able to look back at everything I've been tracking and see how I measure up!

No Health App syncing

AceNoireDetective

I have a couple of different apps for my health and they all sync threw the health app. I don't have to retype anything. But with this app I have to figure out what is high carb and what would be were. If it would sync with the health app it could to it for me. They do not tell you what would be contender high in sodium or is high carb.

Nice!

Cffkohg

Started using it without much intention, but I now use it religiously. It has drawn attention to my habits and is helping me correct them. My one issue is that the exercise section seems a little inconsistent. The amount of time spent exercising is the only thing that counts, and I would like to see the type of activity (walking, running, yoga, etc) incorporated into how "well" you're doing for the day.

Health app sync?

Wordless

Good app overall, although it seems like most categories don't really matter. For instance it seems like you can drink as many sodas as you want as long as you go green for water. Please add the ability to sync with apple's health app. On my iPhone 6 it's more accurate than the moves app I've been using...
