Nudge is fun and simple. My favorite part is that I can connect with friends for free and when I feel like I need another little boost, they have health coaches on call to help out with accountability. It's made me much more aware of my actions and I'm being healthier across the board.

The problem with most of the apps that compete with this one is that, while they do allow you to track literally everything related to your health, that typically means sorting through a list of foods to find how many calories, fat, carbohydrates etc. The great thing about knowledge is that you can track your portions and habits, without stopping for 15 minutes to enter information every time you eat. It's also nice to be able to quantify yourself.

The app has you focus on lifestyle components that will make an impact on the way you look and feel within just a few weeks! If you're looking to create or in grain good habits into your life-style then Nudge is just what the doctor ordered.

OMG so close to being perfect

This would be a 5-star app if it gave me the ability to set my own goals for sleep, hydration, and stuff like that. For example, I am a collegiate runner and I need a lot of water. Like 12-14 glasses a day. So I would lie to set 12-14 as green instead of 8+. Also 7-9 hours of sleep works, but I do even better with 8-10. But if I go 10 my score goes down eventually because that is "too much" sleep. Basically what I'm saying is it should be customizable, because everyone's body is different! Brilliant app idea and so easy to use that I will probs keep using it anyways lol

I found this app because I came up with almost the exact same idea. I am giving it 4 stars only because it does not track things like mood, hobbies, stress and relaxation. Those are the only differences between my idea and this app.
