I hardly ever write reviews...

But this app is worth doing it for. I'm a tracker and always have been. Except tracking data without doing something with it isn't pointless (people who track are statistically more likely to accomplish their goals) but it lacks that next level challenge. Now my data really works for me because I can see how my habits are having an effect and also recognize patterns. Example: my runs feel way better when I have 7+ hours of sleep and eat a bit more in the carbs/protein categories. In short: this is one of maybe 3-4 apps I use constantly throughout the day. Nudger for life!

I have enjoyed using this app with several of my health coaching clients. The focus on positive behaviors like vegetables and water, rather than potentially negative behaviors like calories, helps people focus on truly improving their health and well-being!

I enjoy this app. It is a health 'game'. My score has increased from 54 to 99 which also means that I am more healthy.

This app is fun to use and I think has had real effects on my behavior. It's still a little buggy though - for example whenever I enter exercise in the form of miles it doesn't show up. Also it doesn't yet sync with my app of choice for sleep and steps (SleepCycle), so I have to remember to do that stuff by hand. All in all however it's probably the best self nudge app out there.


The extra help I need

"Eat more veggies, dummy. Get up and run more. Less beer more water." Look, this stuff seems obvious but as often as our noses are in our phones these days, it certainly doesn't hurt to have a convenient activity/nutrition log and constant reminder that human beings cannot run on Funyuns and Red Stripe. The app is straightforward, quick, and integrates a lot of the hardware on the market for folks who want to see how many meters they covered during their various pacing phonecalls around their office. You can also access a real human being to coach you. I haven't used this yet because I'm deathly shy. Get the app, it's great. It's helped me.

Great way to be healthier

It's a good, useful app. You don't need to count calories or protein or anything too complicated so that's good. You get a number out of 110 (I'm at 60 something now) and that tells you how healthy/active you currently are. It's actually helped me drink more water and eat more healthy foods like fruits and veggies.
