Simple is Best – Nudge Health Tracking Review
Simple = Effective
I love the simplicity of this app: there are no details to get lost in the overwhelm. You don’t need to input every detail of what you ate. Ate a serving of veggies? Just hit +1 on the the vegetable tracker. You don’t have to go into a database and find what veggies you ate, input the volume, or how they were prepared. Just click when you eat a serving. Simple.
As a user and as a Holistic Health Coach, I like the simplicity of this app.
