It allows you to enter your daily data points to connect with your coach easily. But the trends and data tracking features are severely lacking for the client. Maybe the coaches app is better. All you can see is a daily bar chart that is useless. There is no ability to see trends longer than a week. A bar chart is useless showing only a weeks data.
Can’t send photos in messages

There’s a button to add photos in messages, but most of the times I try to send one the app freezes. It’s extremely frustrating. Images are important for effective communication.

On the website you see pictures about what they have to offer, then you go to YouTube and you see tutorial for how to customize trackers and meal plans and it’s a scam THEY HAVE NOTHING like that inside the software... the joke is that they don’t do refunds so they will play stupid to not read the agreement. USE TRAINERIZE they even offer you 30 day free trial.

To say that I hate this app is an understatement! Bought it because my office changed from Fitbit to this, and Fitbit sync’s just fine with it, but Apple Watch won’t sync unless you go in every time and tell it to unlink the account and then delink the account. Made my competing in the office challenge useless, because I don’t remember to go in and manually unlink and re-link it every night. It does fine with Fitbit, & under armor, but refuses to like to apple health.

I haven’t seen many new or updated reviews for this app so I think it deserves mine now. I use this app as a coach and it is absolutely wonderful for all my clients. The amount of customization makes this unique. Clients rarely complain about software issues or bugs. But anytime I have feedback or a problem, I reach out to the team and support is given in a timely manner! This app and platform gets my recommendation.
