Figured out my connection issue!

I would love a response from NordVPN on this for everyone's benefit. My router uses OpenDNS for its parental controls. Unless you disable that or make an exception for it to work, this app will not work. What threw me was the fact that my Android device using the latest version of this app works fine through OpenDNS. Now that this has been solved, I'm happy to use NordVPN on iOS as well. ---old review--- I like it a lot on my Android device, but have had no luck with it on my iPhone 6s for whatever reason. I'm running the latest iOS. Nothing I've tried worked and kept working. Until these issues are worked out, I can't recommend this service.

Fake guarantee

I purchased a plan with the understanding of a money-back “guarantee.” I realized right away it was not what I needed and I cancelled and sent an email asking for a refund. No answer. No refund. Update: The developer responds right away to negative reviews, but I have yet to receive a response to my email, nor have I received a refund. I did not purchase through the Apple Store I purchased directly from the company. I don’t know how the “guarantee” can be seen as anything but a scam, given my experience.
